RETURN POLICY INFORMATION
If you are unhappy with your purchase due to an HQO Express error (i.e., wrong item shipped or item(s) damaged or defective upon receipt), you may request a refund or replacement, once you have contacted us at info@thkorganic.com and receive validation of the claim. Please examine your order in detail upon receipt. If we have made an error and shipped you the wrong product, you must notify us WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. We will issue a refund or replacement.


We do not accept claims via any method other than email.


We do not accept returns for any reason as we do not sell previously delivered food items.
