Why only bbqs?
First thing I did with this was add it to sour cream to use as a dip. Turned out quite nicely.

Great for blackening or as a rub. Both on the BBQ or stove top!
You have to have this when thinking of Louisiana cuisine or just when you need to have a blackening product in the kitchen. Of course for gumbo, rice, fish and meat, also crab cakes, burgers, poultry, stew and poultry dishes.
