Do I need to store this product in any special manner if it's not for daily use? How long will this Cumin stay fresh?
Temperature change and light will affect the longevity of any herb or spice. So it is best to keep it in a dark and cool place. The containers that we ship in are a great barrier so moisture stays out and the volatile oil’s stay in! The industry standard is a two year shelflife but we suggest that products are used within nine months to maintain absolute freshness!
