Great in sauces and dairy products. I found that adding that made late in the process maintains the flavor best.
I've had many discussions under the canopy of a nutmeg tree. This nutmeg is carefully processed so the flavor and consistency is very shelf stable in the kitchen or manufacturing plant. Our nutmeg really delivers what is needed for Asian, Mediterranean, European cuisines as well as baked goods and beverages.
