Farming and Harvest: Sage likes sun and soil well composted.  Grown from seeds or cuttings, the plants mature to be cut several times each year

Culinary applications: Savory dishes, fish, pork, poultry, with vegetables and essential in sausages

Storage and packaging: Store under cool, dry conditions in sealed containers.

Shelf Life: Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. Product should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity controlled environment. Industry standard for product is 24 months.

I love this stuff in eggs and sauces! Consistent and reliable for the commercial kitchen!
Sage had been traditionally farmed wild, and the flavor and aroma was very inconsistent due to weather etc.. We took indigenous varieties and cultivated them to produce consistency and reliability! Great for poultry of all kinds, eggs and Alfredo sauces!
